Focused on serving the growers of Western Victoria
Established in 2000 and originally known as Tatyoon North, Lakaput Bulk Storage is CHS Broadbent’s primary Victorian bulk grain receival facility. The site is positioned in the agricultural heartland of Victoria’s Western districts. The Lakaput facility has been owned by the Broadbent family since its establishment in 2000. Lakaput Bulk Storage was formerly affiliated with the Australian Bulk Alliance (ABA) known as the Tatyoon North site.
The facilities involvement with ABA was relinquished in 2012 in favour of marketing independence and to focus on the specific needs of grain and oilseed growers in the Western District. We offer a wide range of segregation’s including the full range of wheat grades including Red Wheat, Feed Barley, Malt Barley, Conventional Canola, GM Canola and Feed/Milling Oats. We also support the AWB High Oleic Canola Production program and will be offering a storage segregation for the Roundup Ready V5002RR.
